We provide comprehensive services based on need or demand to create more stable conditions and reduce the vulnerability of the child's environment. We welcome the entire family into our programs.

Over the past three and a half years we have maintained an average of 152 families per period.
The families served are characterized by housing instability, insufficient and unstable income, little or no schooling and illiteracy, among other factors.

The services for families offered by Fundación Social Camino de María provide support and protection to mitigate the vulnerability of the child's environment, the child being our main focus of intervention.
Sewing and Dressmaking Training
The sewing and dressmaking training program, in partnership with SENA, trains mothers and neighbors to bring dignity to their families' lives through work and income from garment making.
Since 2023, an average of 16 mothers and neighbors have completed several levels of training.
Of these, 8 already earn an income from dressmaking, contributing to the family economy.
Between 2025 and the first half of 2026, the garments produced passed quality tests, establishing dressmaking as both training for life and a Foundation project. The polo shirts and trousers were given to the children and staff. Of particular note is the production of 75 uniforms for our children in the first half of 2026
Location and area of influence
Our Foundation is located in the La Paz neighborhood, in the southwest of Barranquilla. We serve a highly vulnerable population residing in nearby neighborhoods and small housing groups, facing extremely precarious socioeconomic and sanitary conditions. All of our beneficiaries have easy access to the Foundation.
